Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team
The Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team is a recreational swim team for swimmers ages 6–18. Being part of the team helps swimmers improve individual skills while building confidence, sportsmanship, and team camaraderie.
Practices are held Monday – Friday, and swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three practices per week. Participation in swim meets is required to remain on the team.
Due to the popularity of the program, returning swimmers are given priority registration before new swimmers.
Minimum requirements
Swimmers must be able to:
- Swim one length of the pool (75 ft.) without stopping
- Dive into deep water
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of freestyle and backstroke
Please note: Swim Team is not a learn-to-swim program.

The swim season concludes following Championships.
Please be advised that SUIT FITTING NIGHT will be held on Wednesday, October 21st from 4:15pm-6:15pm! Please make sure your child can make practice that night! This is your child's only chance until next fall to try on suits and order!

The Championship schedule is currently TBD and will be finalized following the league’s pre-season meeting. Once dates are confirmed, the schedule will be updated on our website.
Banquet Information
Our end-of-season banquet will be scheduled once the league meet schedule has been finalized. Once the date and details are confirmed, all banquet information will be updated here!
