Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team Information:

The Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team is a recreational team for ages 6–18. Participating in swim team promotes individual ability as well as team camaraderie. Practice is held Monday–Friday, and attending a minimum of 3 times/week is recommended. All swimmers must attend swim meets to remain on the team. Due to the popularity of the team, we give returning swimmers first chance to register.

Minimum requirements: Must be able to swim 1 length of pool (75’) without stopping and dive into deep water. Swim team does not teach you how to swim. Swimmer should know basics of freestyle and backstroke.

Where we swim: Rocky Hill High School Pool (50 Chapin Ave., Rocky Hill, CT 06067). Please use door on patio to enter pool area, NOT the front doors!

Practice Information:
Dates: October 22nd - Mid-February (Champs dates TBD)
Time: 5:00-6:30pm

Suit Fitting Night:
Thursday, October 23rd DURING PRACTICE. Please make sure your child is present at practice this day to ensure they are getting the right size suit! This is the ONE TIME per year that we will have suit fittings/orders until October or November 2026! Please be sure to be there and get your suit ordered!
