Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team Information:

The Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team is a recreational team for ages 6–18. Participating in swim team promotes individual ability as well as team camaraderie. Practice is held Monday–Friday, and attending a minimum of 3 times/week is recommended. All swimmers must attend swim meets to remain on the team. Due to the popularity of the team, we give returning swimmers first chance to register.

Minimum requirements: Must be able to swim 1 length of pool (75’) without stopping and dive into deep water. Swim team does not teach you how to swim. Swimmer should know basics of freestyle and backstroke.


Winter Season Practice Information:
Monday - Friday from 5:00-6:30pm.
Practices start October 28th!


Suit Fitting Night
Suit Fitting Night will be held on Friday, November 1st, DURING PRACTICE TIME. More info will be shared as it becomes available!
