Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team Information:

The Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team is a recreational team for ages 6–18. Participating in swim team promotes individual ability as well as team camaraderie. Practice is held Monday–Friday, and attending a minimum of 3 times/week is recommended. Meets are typically held on weekends. All swimmers must attend swim meets to remain on the team. Due to the popularity of the team, we are giving returning swimmers first chance to register.

Minimum requirements: Must be able to swim 1 length of pool (75’) without stopping and dive into deep water. Swim team does not teach you how to swim. Swimmer should know basics of freestyle and backstroke.


Summer Swim Team:

Practice Dates:

Monday-Friday, May 20th - June 14th from 5:30-7:00pm @ Wethersfield High School Pool (RHHS Pool undergoing maintenance). No practice on 5/27, 5/29, 6/3, 6/5, and 6/12

Monday-Friday, June 17th - August 2nd from 4:15-5:45pm @ RHHS Pool

(Please be advised that the final date of the season is TBD and based on when Championships get scheduled by the League Board. Please also be advised that the location and times may be subject to change depending on how the project at the high school pool goes)


Registration for Summer League for Returning Swimmers opens on April 15th. For New Swimmers it is April 22nd.
