Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team
The Rocky Hill Sea Lions Swim Team is a recreational swim team for swimmers ages 6–18. Being part of the team helps swimmers improve individual skills while building confidence, sportsmanship, and team camaraderie.
Practices are held Monday – Friday, and swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three practices per week. Participation in swim meets is required to remain on the team.
Due to the popularity of the program, returning swimmers are given priority registration before new swimmers.
Minimum requirements
Swimmers must be able to:
- Swim one length of the pool (75 ft.) without stopping
- Dive into deep water
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of freestyle and backstroke
Please note: Swim Team is not a learn-to-swim program.

The final practice date may change depending on the Championship meet schedule. The swim season concludes following Championships.

The 2026 meet schedule will be posted here once finalized. Summer meets are held on weeknights.
