Boat Launch

Rocky Hill Parks
The boat launch on the Connecticut River is located in the town-owned Ferry Park, at the end of Glastonbury Avenue. In 2022, it will be staffed from Memorial Day weekend (beginning May 27th) through September 18th. These dates are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of the Town of Rocky Hill Parks and Recreation Department. The park is open from dawn to 10:00pm.  

Rocky Hill residents:  can purchase a season pass for $75 at the Recreation Office.  You must bring in your driver's license and current DMV vessel registration with Rocky Hill address. The name and address on both documents must match.

Non-residents who own property in Rocky Hill:  can purchase a season pass for $75 at the Recreation Office. You must bring in your driver's license, current DMV vessel registration and recent Rocky Hill tax bill. The name and address on both documents must match.

Non-residents:  can purchase a season pass for $150 at the Recreation Office. You must bring in your driver's license and current DMV vessel registration. The name and address on both documents must match.

If you'd like a Boat Launch Pass for multiple vessels, an individual pass must be purchased for each vessel. One Boat Launch Pass cannot be used for multiple vessels.

Season passes are available for purchase at the Recreation office in Town Hall. Without a season pass, the daily launch fee is $30, payable to the attendant. Daily Fees cannot be used towards a Boat Launch Pass.

Attendant hours May 27th-September 18th: 
Friday from 4:00-7:00pm
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 7:00am-5:00pm
Thursdays will be staffed from 4:00-7:00pm in July and August
