Walking Track

Adults walking on a wooded road.
Come to the Senior/Community Center gym to walk with friends or meet new ones.  Walking is one of the top five exercises to lower blood pressure, lose weight, build a strong core and legs.  Walking round our gym 20 times = 1 mile.

Walking Track is held Monday-Friday from 8:00-9:00am
