Adult Zumba class.
Get an aerobic workout with a Latin twist!!!  Zumba Fitness combines high energy and motivating music with Latin and international rhythms.  The moves are easy to follow and there is no dance experience necessary.  Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.  Bring water and a small towel.
