Have you ever dreamed of being a mermaid? Now you can experience what it's like! Dive in with our Lifeguards/Water Safety Instructors in Mermaid School, complete with your very own colorful tail and monofin! First you will be given a swim test to make sure you are a strong swimmer, then you will learn how to swim with the monofin. Once you are comfortable with that, we will add in your colorful, bright mermaid tail. Mermaid games will be included!
Mandatory swim test: Child must be a strong swimmer and comfortable in deep water. Participant must be able to do the back float, front float, roll from front to back, tread water for 1 minute, and swim full length of pool without stopping.
Mermaid tail sizes: Youth medium 8, youth large 10, youth extra large 12, adult small 4-6 and adult medium 8-10.
Pre-registration is required.
