Monday & Wednesday Classes
Suzanne’s Monday and Wednesday classes are offered in a hybrid format. Participants may choose to attend in person or via Zoom each week. All registrants will receive the Zoom link upon registration, allowing them the flexibility to join from home if needed.
Saturday Class
Suzanne’s Saturday class will be held via Zoom only. The information needed to join the class will be included in your registration confirmation email.
Strength Training with Suzanne-evening
- Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class will utilize free weights, resistance bands, bars, etc. and will include standing and floor work.
- Class will be held in the Community Center Exercise Studio or at home using Zoom.
