Suzanne's Monday/Wednesday class will be offered both in-person and on Zoom. All registrants will be given the Zoom link and can choose to attend in-person or can choose to take the class at home on any given week.
Suzanne's Saturday class will be on Zoom ONLY! The information to join the class is provided upon registration in your emailed receipt.
Strength Training with Suzanne-evening
- Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class will utilize free weights, resistance bands, bars, etc. and will include standing and floor work.
- Class will be held in the Community Center Exercise Studio or at home using Zoom.
