All Level Vinyasa Flow with Sound Healing

A vinyasa flow class is designed to link the breath with movement to heat the body and get into the stretch
Lots of sun salutations and poses for strength and fluidity
Every other week, Doug Yaeger joins the class to add calming sound healing that enhances our flow
All skill levels are welcome to this vigorous, yet calming class

Yoga for Stress Relief is designed for those who are new to yoga or those who are more experienced and looking to slow down and reconnect.

Slow Flow with Yin/Restorative

This 60-minute, all levels class gives you the opportunity to slow down and relax, get the blood flowing with some slow flow and transition to a yin/restorative practice for the second half of class
The stillness, deep stretching, and weekly live sound healing will leave you with a sense of deep relaxation and release along with increased mobility and flexibility over time
Modifications are offered to cater to every unique body
Bring a mat, blanket, and blocks (if you have them)

Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the Park is a Hatha style yoga class for adults in good health who want the joy of movement outside with a group. Class will focus on fun, flow-style movements, but will also provide some foundational yoga instruction.
A moderate yoga challenge that benefits the joints, posture and overall physical and mental health.
Bring water, a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothing.
Class will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
Takes place at the Amphitheater at Elm Ridge Park, all the way at the back of the park
Instructors: Virginia, Maura, and/or Kristin teaching yoga; Doug on instrumentals
