Becoming a Rocky Hill Parks & Recreation coach is easy! Just follow these three steps:
Step 1: Submit the Human Resources General Authorization/Release Form
Please print and complete the "Town of Rocky Hill Department of Human Resources General Authorization/ Release" form. (Click Here)
(Note: Please submit the completed form directly to the Parks & Recreation Department. You can also simply email a picture or scan of the form to rchhabra@rockyhillct.gov.)
Step 2: Complete the Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Protecting our participants is our priority. All Town staff and volunteers are required to complete the online Sexual Harassment Prevention Training provided by the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities (CHRO). This is a 2-hour online course. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training (Click Here).
(Note: Once completed, please submit a copy of your certificate directly to the Parks & Recreation Department. Your certification is valid for 10 years. If you've already completed this certification with the department, please follow-up with the appropriate staff via email once recognized as a coach.)
