Tai Chi is a relaxing exercise comprised of a series of slow movements that give a sense of balance, clarity and relaxation. Tai Chi helps to relax the body and mind, improves flexibility, and helps regulate the breath to create more vitality. It is practiced in many countries as a daily exercise and relaxation regimen. An 8 movement Qigong set is also taught along with the 24 form. Focus will be on shifting the weight between steps and coordination of movements.
