Looking to become more fit or stay active? Want to work out at a pace that works for you? If you enjoy great music and international rhythms, you will love Zumba Gold! This class is designed for active older adults or those looking for a low impact workout. It's a dance fitness class that exercises your brain and body. No dance experience is required.
Required: Athletic sneakers with a rubber sole. Recommended: Dress in comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
Class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:15am in the Exercise/Dance Studio.
