A certified personal trainer will help get you stronger and toned with the use of dumbbells, bands, bars and various equipment to challenge your body to be the fitter self that it deserves to be. At the end of class, we'll use the mat for core work, cool down and stretching.
Class offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
November 7-December 9, no class 11/25
December 12-January 13, no class 12/26 and 1/2
Fee: 3 days per week: $50 member, $58 non-member
2 day per week: $40 member, $48 non-member
