Stability-Thursday, May 9-June 13 and June 20-August 1 (no class 7/4), 9:00-9:45am

Senior Stretch-Thursday, May 9-June 13 and June 20-August 1 (no class 7/4), 10:00-10:45am

Fee for all classes:  $30 for Senior Center members and $35 non members.  Program is free to Silver Sneakers Members by registering with the office, but pre-registration is required. Please provide your Silver Sneakers member number at time of registration.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST FILL OUT A SILVER SNEAKERS WAIVER FORM AND RETURN TO THE INSTRUCTOR AT THE FIRST CLASS.  SEE FORM BELOW.
