All Silver Sneakers classes will be held virtually using Zoom. The program is free so Silver Sneakers members, but registration is required.  Please provide your Silver Sneakers number at registration.  Once registration is complete, the Zoom link will be emailed to the participants.

Fees:
Free for Silver Sneakers members with membership number
$21 for Senior Center members
$31 for non-members

Instructor:  Rikki Altruz, Certified Silver Sneakers Instructor, has taught for over 15 years and holds multiple professional certifications.
