This workout is specially designed for active older adults of all fitness levels. Circuit training, balance, free weights and cardio exercises will be modified just for you by a certified personal trainer. Jump start weight loss, reduce stress, gain strength and build confidence in this supportive and friendly class.

Time: 11:00am-12 noon
Fee: 3 days/week for $50 members, $58 non-members
2 days/week for $40 members, $48 non-members
