Practicing mindfulness and meditation will give you the tools to stay focused and grounded when times get stressful. These sessions will help you to develop your own way to a relaxed state. We will use music, breathing techniques and easy ways to activate focus. The last part of class will be a heartfelt guided meditation. Worksheets are provided so you can keep track of your practice.
