Practicing mindfulness and meditation will give you the tools to stay focused and grounded when times get stressful.  These sessions will help you to develop your own way to a relaxed state.  We will use music, breathing techniques and easy ways to activate focus.  The last part of class will be a heartfelt guided meditation.  Worksheets are provided so you can keep track of your practice.
Dates:  Monday, July 25 - August 8
Time:  2:15-3:00pm
Fee:  $18 member, $21 non-member

TRY THE CLASS FOR FREE on Monday, August 8 from 2:15-3:00pm.  Free to Senior Center members, $5 for non members.  Pre-registration is required.  If you are not able to attend, please inform the Senior Center office to allow someone else to join the program.
