Trips are offered for our Senior Center members and we typically share a bus with the Wethersfield Senior Center. All trips are first come, first serve and are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your seat.

All trips will depart from and return to Elm Ridge Park, 376 Elm Street, route 160, Rocky Hill. See detailed flyers below for more information.
Please choose your bus seat, travel companion and meal choice at time of registration. Cell phone number for the trip date is needed. Register early if you need to be in the front of the bus.

*Thimble Islands Cruise and Lunch
- Trip will be held on Friday, May 29 to the Thimble Islands in Branford and lunch in New Haven
- The cruise is aboard the Sea Mist and will take you along the Rocky Isles off Stony Creek in Branford. See the wonderful estates and learn the stories of these beautiful islands.
- Lunch will be at Amarante's Sea Cliff on the water in New Haven. Menu features choice of: Baked Stuffed Scrod, Baked Stuffed Shrimp or Chicken Picatta, dessert and beverage.
- Entree choice is needed at time of registration
- Please note: This trip is not wheelchair accessible. The Sea Mist provides a shuttle by school bus to the boat dock area. You must be able to board/disembark from the school bus. There is a 2 block walk to the boat from the bus on a paved hill.
- Cost: $156 for members and $166 for non members
- Bus departs Elm Ridge Park, 376 Elm Street, at 11:30am. Estimated return is 5:30pm.

*Lighthouse Cruise of Narrangansett Bay
- Trip will be held on Sunday, June 28 in Rhode Island
- Take a 90 minute narrated cruise of Narragansett Bay, RI. The catamaran leaves from North Kingstown and offers sightseeing of: 10 famous lighthouses, 10 islands, sail under the Jamestown and Newport Bridges, view the Newport Naval Base and see the aircraft carriers, experience Newport Harbor and the waterfront.
- The catamaran has a plush climate controlled interior, outside sun deck and 3 levels of viewing
- Prior to the cruise brunch will be at the Quonset 'O' Club
- Following the cruise a stop will be made at Olde Mistick Village, a delightful shopping experience with lots of options including a general store, ice cream shoppe and more
- Cost: $150 for members and $159 for non members

*Boston Tall Ships
- Trip will be held on Tuesday, July 14 in Boston, MA
- 2026 marks the 250th anniversary of our nation's founding in 1776, USA's Semiquincentennial
- For this milestone occasion, a fleet of international tall and military ships will gather in the port of Boston as part of Sail250
- Our day will include an opportunity for up close views of this amazing gathering of ships aboard a narrated cruise in Boston Harbor
- Lunch will be a three-course family style lunch at Maggiano's Little Italy and will consist of Stuffed Mushrooms, Salad, Rigatoni with Meat Sauce, Chicken Piccata, Lemon Cookies, Coffee, Tea or Soda
- After lunch you will board Charles Riverboat's Lexington, a 2 level paddle wheeler, departing from Rowe's Wharf in Boston Harbor
- Cost: $175 for members and $185 for non members

*Newport Playhouse & Cabaret
- Trip will be held on Thursday, July 16 in Newport, RI
- Playhouse presents: Weekend Comedy by Sam and Joanne Bobrick
- Menu: Traditional buffet with Salads, Hot Entrees, Pasta, Famous Meatballs, Veggies, Dessert and Beverages
- Buffet lunch followed by Cabaret & Weekend Comedy Performance. A couple in their mid-fifties and a couple in their mid-twenties have accidentally rented the same cottage for a three-day weekend. They decide to share it. Watch the comedic clash between generations and ideas.

*Foster's Downeast Clambake
- Trip will be held on Tuesday, August 25 in York, Maine
- Clambakes in Maine are a tradition and a clambake at Foster's is a step back in time
- Menu: Clam Chowder, Steamer Clams and Mussels, Maine Lobster, Corn on the Cob, Red Bliss Potatoes, Melted Butter and Foster's Own Blueberry Crumb Cake (Alternative meal choices are BBQ Chicken or Vegetarian - must be requested at registration)
- Following lunch there will be live entertainment and time to explore the shops in York Harbor
