Road trip
Trips are offered for our Senior Center members and we typically share a bus with the Wethersfield Senior Center.  All trips are first come, first serve and are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your seat. 





  • RESORTS CASINO AND MUSICAL TRIBUTE TO TINA TURNER, Tuesday, May 14-Wednesday, May 15, Member price double $299, single $350, triple $250.  Non members add $10. Payment in full due at registration.


  • YARD GOATS GAME, HARTFORD, Sunday, June 2, 1:10pm game time.  $128 for members and $138 for non members


  • CRUISE NEWPORT HARBOR, Thursday, June 13, $138 for members and $148 for non members


  • CONNECTICUT WINE TRAIL, Thursday, June 27, $159 for members and $165 for non members


  • SARATOGA RACES, NATIONAL MUSEUM OF RACING AND HALL OF FAME, Wednesday-Thursday, July 31-August 1.  Deposit of $150 per person due by May 1.  Final payment due by June 12.  $419 per person double/triple, $499 per person single.


  • CRUISE TO SHEFFIELD ISLAND, Thursday, August 29, $175 for members and $185 for non members


  • THEATRE BY THE SEA, 42ND STREET, Thursday, September 12, $172 for members and $178 for non members


  • FUTURE TRIPS:  Turkey Train, New Hampshire, October 7; Newport's Gilded Age, November 19; and New York's Botanical Garden, December 5




All trips will depart from and return to Elm Ridge Park, 376 Elm Street, route 160, Rocky Hill.  See detailed flyers below for more information.

Please choose your bus seat, travel companion and meal choice at time of registration.  Cell phone number for the trip date is needed. Register early if you need to be in the front of the bus.

  • Today's adventure brings us to Hartford to support the Yard Goats on Sunday, June 2
  • We will be viewing the game from the Party Deck which has plenty of shade and amazing views of both Hartford's skyline and Dunkin' Donuts Park

  • Spend the day on Sheffield Island, an island that features a 150 year old lighthouse, beaches and a wildlife refuge
  • Sheffield Island is located in the outer reaches of Norwalk Harbor and provides unique views of New York City
  • You will be transported round trip by the Norwalk Seaport Ferry for a Lobster Bake
