Road trip
Trips are offered for our Senior Center members and we typically share a bus with the Wethersfield Senior Center.  All trips are first come, first serve and are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your seat. 
    • BOSTON LIGHTS AT FRANKLIN PARK ZOO--Tuesday, September 9
    • RED SOX VS. YANKEES--Sunday, September 14--GAME TIME AT 7:10PM
    • SUNDAY BRUNCH AND HUDSON RIVER CRUISE--Sunday, October 5--TRIP FULL, WAITLIST FULL
    • STOCKING STUFFER HOLIDAY DAY, Thursday, November 13
    • REAGLE MUSIC THEATRE PLAYERS, Sunday, December 7

All trips will depart from and return to Elm Ridge Park, 376 Elm Street, route 160, Rocky Hill.  See detailed flyers below for more information.

Please choose your bus seat, travel companion and meal choice at time of registration.  Cell phone number for the trip date is needed. Register early if you need to be in the front of the bus.

*Yankees vs Red Sox @ Fenway Park
  • Sunday, September 14; game time is 7:10pm
  • Take a trip to Fenway Park, where the rivalry between the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox continues!
  • Arrive early to enjoy shopping and food on Jersey Street
  • Seats are in Grandstand 13, rows 14-17, unobstructed view tickets
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus; snacks and water are permitted
  • Depart Elm Ridge Park, 376 Elm Street, Rocky Hill at 3:00pm, returns at 2:30am
  • Trip fee is $155 for members and $180 for non members.

*Sunday Brunch & Hudson River Cruise
  • Sunday, October 5
  • Join us for a Sunday Brunch Buffet at Blu Pointe on the Newburgh waterfront
  • Sample menu: pastries, meats, potatoes, shrimp cocktail, antipasti, salads, hot entrees, carving station and made to order eggs benedict, omelettes, pancakes, and dessert
  • Cruise through the Hudson Highlands aboard the Pride of the Hudson from Newburgh. We'll cruise to Mt. Beacon, Bannerman Island, Storm King Mountain, Breakneck Mountain, the Catskill Aqueduct, Cold Spring and West Point

*Reagle Music Theatre Players trip

  • The Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston will present Christmastime, their annual holiday presentation featuring 100 performers, a live orchestra, precision dancers and over 20 yuletide tunes
  • Pre-show lunch at the Chateau Restaurant in Waltham
  • Menu: Choice of Eggplant Parmesan with Penne, Chicken Parmesan with Penne or Haddock St. Germaine with cream sauce and seasoned bread crumbs; salad, dessert, coffee and tea included
