SEATED CHAIR YOGA: A perfect class for active older adults or those with mobility issues. Work on strength, balance and toning.

STANDING CHAIR YOGA: This class will improve upon the foundation of seated chair yoga by incorporating standing poses to improve balance, flexibility and increase strength. All poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. The beginning half of the class will be taught standing and the second half will be seated. No experience necessary.
