*Simple Stretch-Chair Exercises
Join us as we stretch from head to toe in a supportive environment with other participants. The majority of this class will be done sitting in a chair focusing on upper body and chest exercises in a fun and creative way. This class is also wonderful for those that are less mobile and inflexible.
Wear comfortable clothing, shoes and socks.
