Parkinson's Disease
Come take a class designed specifically for persons with Parkinson's disease and is appropriate for all with mobility concerns.  This hour long session will focus on balance, strength, speech and power.  We will use some traditional and unique equipment to receive positive results.  

Date:  Thursday, March 14-May 23, no class on 4/4, 4/11 and 5/2
Time:  1:00-2:00pm
Fee:    $21 for members, $28 for non members
