Parkinson's Disease
Come take a class designed specifically for persons with Parkinson's Disease and is appropriate for anyone with mobility concerns.  This hour long class will focus on exercises designed to improve balance, strength, speech, and power.  We'll use some traditional and more unique equipment to foster positive results.


Dates:

Monday, June 2-August 18 (no class 6/30-7/28) and September 8-November 3 (no class 10/13) from 2:00-3:00pm
Fee: $24 for members, $32 for non members

Thursday, May 22-August 21 (no class 6/10, 7/3, 8/14) and September 11-October 23 from 1:00-2:00pm
Fee: $21 for members, $28 for non members
