This circuit training program incorporates resistance machines, free weights, bands , balls and cardiovascular equipment to help improve balance, functional strength, mobility and cognitive skills. A certified personal trainer will lead this workout in the Fitness Center.
You do not need to be a Fitness Center member to participate. MUST FILL OUT MEDICAL FORM PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION. Class size is limited to 6.
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Dates: March 11-April 13 and April 15-May 18
Fee: $68 for members and $82 for non members
NEW Times: 1:15-2:00pm, 2:15-3:00pm and 3:15-4:00pm (all times are waitlist only)
