Meditation
Qigong, pronounced "chi gong", was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine.  It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well being.  Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body's movement and posture.

Volunteer Martha Jaffe will guide you through gentle movements and a guided meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Class held on Wednesday from 11:00am-12noon and 12:30-1:30pm:
February 26-April 2 (the 12:30-1:30pm class has been cancelled) and April 9-May 21 (no class 4/16)

Class held on Friday from 11:30am-12:30pm:
February 28-April 4  and April 11-May 23 (no class 4/18)

Fee: $16 for Members and $20 for non members
