Qigong
Qigong, pronounced "chi gong", was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine.  It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well being.  Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body's movement and posture.

Volunteer Martha Jaffe will guide you through gentle movements and a guided meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Two classes offered on Wednesday from 11:00am-12noon and 12:30-1:30pm:  
September 11-October 30, $16M/$20NM
November 6-December 18, $14M/$18NM


Class held on Friday from 11:30am-12:30pm:
September 13-November 1, $16M/$20NM
November 8-December 20, no class 11/29, $14M/$18NM
