Resilience
Resilience is key for a well-rounded life and an asset for mental health.  Like other skills, resilience can be learned and developed with practice.  The hidden secret of building resilience is often misunderstood.  Everyone wants to be more resilient, but not many want to go through what it takes.  

Learning the distinction between what is a challenge and what is the lesson is the key to bounce back.  Also, resilience is not about overcoming everything alone.  It depends on our ability to rely on the support system we create.  Let us explore this topic together for a well rounded 2023.
