Pickleball Clinics
These Pickleball Clinics are led by professional Pickleball coaches. The youth program is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the sport while sparking interest at a young age. The beginner adult program will teach new players the fundamentals: basic rules of the sport, different types of shots, how to keep score, etc. The intermediate/Advanced program is for adult players already familiar with the sport and looking to improve their game. See individual activity descriptions for further detail. Please bring your own paddle and a water bottle. Paddles are not provided!

- Organize your own games on the spot! No teammate or games are mandated. This is strictly player-lead open play, allowing participants to coordinate the organization of their own games
- Must check in with Community Center Supervisor before entering Gymnasium.
- Balls are provided!
- Paddles are NOT provided. Must bring your own.
- Two courts = maximum set at 18 participants per session
Youth (All Levels) Pickleball Clinic
Children will participate in a variety of fun pickleball games that will begin to create or continue a love for the game. Players will begin to learn rules and the scoring system of Pickleball if they do not already. They will learn the basics or work to improve on serving, ground strokes, volleying, and court positioning based on their previous ability level. They will begin to learn strategy and tactics for more competitive play if desired. The goal of this class will be to foster an early love for the amazing sport of Pickleball.

Beginner Adult Clinic
Players will learn the rules and scoring system of Pickleball if they do not already. They will learn the basics of serving, ground strokes, volleying, and basic court positioning. By the end of the class they will understand the importance of proper grip of the paddle and footwork. They will begin to learn strategy and tactics for more competitive play. The goal of this class will be to give players the confidence to apply these learned skills in organized game situations.

Intermediate Adult Clinic
Players will learn more advanced mechanics of serving, ground strokes, volleying, and court positioning. They will learn more advanced strategy and tactics for more competitive play. Players will work to enhance court awareness, shot selection, and overall decision making in gameplay. The goal of this class will be to help players develop and improve to their desired ability level and to give players the tools needed to continue to improve even after that class has ended.
