Lenaya Price, known as Coach L., is a lifelong athlete with experience from middle school to college – including a semi-pro tryout! Her high energy training is built for athletes who want to level up in the offseason. This 2-hour small-group session is for players with organized basketball experience who want to stay in shape, sharpen their skills, or make their school team. Expect dynamic warm-ups, conditioning drills, and basketball skill development to keep you in top game shape and performing your best on the court. We don’t wait to get ready – We Stay Ready! ????
