Planning to try your hand at gardening?  Join staff from Oak Street Health and learn what to grow, when to plant and how to keep your garden growing strong.  They will also share information on their services which help you stay happy, healthy and out of the hospital.  

All participants will be able to plant their own seedlings to bring home.  Program is free and registration is required.
