Did you know that there are snacks and foods we can eat that are actually good for us?  We will go over several food and beverage choices that can be easily added to your daily menu that can serve more functions that just satisfying an empty belly.  Certain foods can help lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar, reduce inflammation and improve cognitive health. 

Samples will be provided.  Program is free and registration is required.
