This group training and cardiovascular program will utilize resistance machines, free weights, and other accessories to help strengthen and tone while increasing your heart rate. A stretching segment will conclude the session. A certified personal trainer will lead this workout in the Fitness Center.

You do not need to be a Fitness Center member to participate. Must fill out Medical Health History Questionnaire prior to participation. Class size is limited to 6.

Days: Tuesday 
Dates:  April 14-May 19 (no class 4/7)

Time: 11:15am-12:00pm
Fee: $68 for members and $82 for non members
