These lectures go beyond recipes to explain why Italian cuisine works, shaped by history, geography and everyday life. Why you'll enjoy this series:  no cooking required - just curiosity.  Clear, engaging explanations with cultural context.  Designed for adults and seniors.

Each session stands on its own and participants may register for individual lectures or the full series.
