Building Brain-Healthy Habits is a program presented by the Alzheimer’s Association® providing research-backed guidance on brain health so you can protect your brain at every age. Participants will learn about brain-healthy habits and practical steps to get started such as improving diet, increasing physical activity, and improving sleep quality. Please bring pen and paper if you’d like to take notes.
Program is free but registration is required.
