Are you in need of support? Are you looking for resources? Start by speaking with Diana Dean, a Service Navigator with the North Central Agency on Aging. Schedule a 30 minute appointment to discuss your needs and help determine if there is a program, service, etc. to support you.
She is happy to assist in filing out forms as well. Some examples of programs include: Caregiver Respite, CT Homecare Programs for Elders, SNAP, Husky C.
