Bulkley Park is made up of 24 acres and is Rocky Hill's 2nd oldest park, established in 1919. It is a completely wooded park that overlooks the Connecticut River and offers visitors one mile of easy to moderate hikes through hills and valleys.This property is for passive use only; hiking year round, with snow-shoeing or cross country skiing during the winter months. Dogs are permitted on a leash. Please bag and remove any dog waste.Directions and parking: From the intersection of routes 99 and 160, go south on route 99. Take the left at the Y intersection onto Dividend Road. Turn left on Oak Hill Road and left onto Michele Drive.
