Jr. Terriers
Introducing our latest collaboration, the "Jr. Terriers Powered by Rocky Hill Parks & Recreation." We have partnered with the Rocky Hill High School Terriers Athletics to create a one-of-a-kind sport specific experience for a wide variety of ages.  

Each sport specific offering will be facilitated by the Rocky Hill High School Varsity Coaches/ Staff and some of their athletes- designed to give our participants the opportunity to learn from our very talented athletes and coaching staff!

Terriers Performance Training Camp
10 minutes of dynamic warm-up
10 minutes of stretching/ mobility
10 minutes of core work
30 minutes of working on strength lifts
15 minutes of accessory work
10-20 minutes of high-intensity workout
Head to field/ court and play

Jr. Terriers Hoop Hill Basketball Clinics (Boys/ Girls)
8:30 to 9:00: Sign-In
9:00 to 9:10: Warm-up
9:10 to 9:30: Ball-Handling & Shooting
9:30 to 10:15: Skills & Drills Stations
10:15 to 10:30: Snack + Hydrate (campers must bring their own snack + water)
10:30 - 11:50: Live Scrimmages, Contests, Team Drills, etc...
11:50 to 12:00: Wrap-up
12:00 to 12:30: Sign-Out
